Relentless.

We don’t settle for less. We are expert attorneys who fight for the compensation you deserve.

Car accidents happen, corners are cut, medical malpractice occurs, accidents are covered up and safety is ignored. It happens every single day and can result in negligent personal injury which can dramatically alter the course of your life and those of your loved ones. It is devastating and emotionally exhaustive. Dealing with insurance companies who are unwilling to payout after years of paying insurance premiums is frustrating and financially draining.

Some of the most common personal injury lawsuits include:

  • Back injuries
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Fractured bones
  • Disfigurement
  • Paralysis
  • Foot/ankel or hand/wrist

We hold people and organizations accountable when negligence occurs. Types of damages we can recover include lost wages, pain and suffering, medical expenses and lost earnings from future work.

There are legal restrictions on the time allowed to file an injury claim in the state of Michigan. The statue of limitations for personal injury claims is only three years. We say “only” because the amount of time it takes to build a case is immense. If time runs out, the courts do not allow for an extension. You must  claim within three years of the injury occuring or the date of diagonosis from this injury.  Of course, there are some exceptions to the rule but it is best to contact an attorney as quickly as possible.

We are happy to review your case and provide a free consultation over the phone or in the office. We will listen to the circumstances, discuss the injury that took place, inform you of your rights and explain the law. From there, you can make an informed decision on how best to move forward.
