Judy Dobrzycki
Senior Staff / Paralegal
Judy is one of the founding senior staff members and paralegal at the firm. She also manages the office. Judy received her Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies from Lake Superior State University and has been a Litigation Paralegal for 20+ years. She has substantial experience in case management and client communications.

Claire Petzel
Law Clerk
Claire graduated cum laude from University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management. She is in her 3rd year at Detroit Mercy Law where she is a Dean’s Scholar and junior member of the Law Review. Claire’s work at the firm includes both family and criminal law.

Diana Major
Senior Legal Assistant
Diana has worked in administration and paralegal work for the past 8+ years and is skilled across a number of practice areas. She is a valued team member who handles administrative tasks, the phones, scheduling, organizing and communication across the team.

Grace Debbrecht
Legal Assistant
Grace is a student at The University of Minnesota studying Entreprenurial Management at the Carlson School of Management. She is a recent graduate of Berkley High School where her coursework focus was primarily AP. The past two years she participated as an International DECA qualifier.

Michelle Rutkowski
Marketing/Social/PR
Michelle manages the firm’s marketing including digital, social, sponsorships, print, outdoor, and other platforms. She worked in corporate advertising for 25 years including stints as Vice President at three Detroit ad agencies, ESPN and AOL. Today she works alongside entrepreneurs, small businesses and election candidates to guide their marketing journey.

Hannah Johnson
Legal Clerk
Hannah Johnson graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with Honors. She is now a 3rd year law student at Michigan State University College of Law and is expected to take the bar next year.

Charlene Distler
Probate Paralegal
Charlene founded Probate Support Specialists, LLC in 2005. She is highly experienced having been a probate judge’s clerk, paralegal to a public administrator and having run a county’s guardianship program. Continuing education remains a passion for her, and she presents on a regular basis statewide. She is a past treasurer and educational committee chair for the Michigan Guardianship Association.
